Our service and commitment to our clients is second to none and all of our staff are experienced in offering advice and recommendations for jewellery maintenance and repairs, engagement ring consultations, jewellery remaking and remodelling and love nothing more than to show you our pieces and assist you trying them on. Whether you are looking for a gift for yourself, a family member or friend we will make sure we find something perfect for you.
You can find our store just next to David Jones at the luxury end of the centre. You will feel warmly welcomed upon entering and will not be pounced on by our staff, instead you will be free to roam the store at your leisure and we will attend to you as you require. Our shop is decorated in a contemporary style with traditional features reflecting the qualities and personal touch we believe in. And most importantly we promise to make your visit an enjoyable one.
The key staff who work at our Eastland store are Annette the Store Manager, who can help with any jewellery question you may have and Shelley who is an expert in diamonds and Hearts on Fire.
Our staff can help you with your jewellery needs in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.

Annette
Store Manager
After 8 years she moved to the Bellarine Peninsula for a short time, staying involved in the jewellery profession she is so passionate about.
However it wasn’t long before she returned to take on the role of Manager after Eastland re-developed in 2015.
With a new Holdsworth Bros store opening at The Glen, Annette was the perfect choice to lead the new team there.
Combined with her artistic talents and friendly approach to life she will continue to help strengthen and grow the Holdsworth family.
Shelley
Assistant Manager and Hearts on Fire specialist
Shelley started with Holdsworth Bros in 2014 specialising in fine diamonds and diamond jewellery. She has been involved with the jewellery trade for thirty years having gained a wealth of experience having worked for some of the most elite jewellery retailers in Australia.
Her knowledge of fine diamonds, including pink and other cognac diamonds and attention to design ties in perfectly with the values of Holdsworth Bros and we are thrilled to have Shelley on our team at the brand new shop at The Glen.
Of particular passion to Shelley is Hearts on Fire where she has been awarded Champion status for her excellence and taken on the role of a national trainer, sharing her expertise in retail jewellers across the country.
Away from work Shelley is a proud mum and spends her time looking after her horses and homestead in Bunbury, reading up on all things home design and is currently finishing a jewellery design course.
